'Know Your Numbers' health screening
One to one consultation with a nurse who will assess important numbers such as height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose using state of the art diagnostic equipment. Results will feed into a wellbeing review to assess issues such as dietary, caffeine and alcohol intake, sleep, physical activity and smoking.
